What We Do
ComputeUnion is an independent real-time price comparison engine for AI compute. We track 4,000+ AI model API prices across 70+ providers — covering LLMs, image generation, video generation, and speech synthesis — plus GPU cloud rental rates across 20+ platforms. We have no commercial relationship with any listed provider. All pricing data comes from automated scrapers or manual verification of official pricing pages.
Why We Built This
AI API pricing is fragmented and opaque. The same model — say GPT-4o — can cost 10× more on one provider than another, and that information is scattered across dozens of pricing pages, each with different formats and update cycles.
For developers in China, there's an additional challenge: official APIs often have access restrictions, and CN relay stations fill that gap — but their pricing and reliability varies enormously. ComputeUnion is the only platform that systematically tracks real-time pricing across CN relay stations.
Coverage
Data Sources & Reliability
Our data falls into two categories: live-scraped and manually maintained. Live-scraped prices are pulled directly from provider APIs daily at 09:00 UTC — each entry shows the exact timestamp of its last update. Manually maintained prices come from official pricing pages and are updated by our team whenever providers announce changes. Every data point is labeled so you always know its source.
